1. About our service
These terms explain the use of the Business Mobile Desk website and its independent enquiry assistance. Contact us at sales@o2businessguide.com or 0844 358 5974. This website is intended primarily for UK business customers, including sole traders and people authorised to enquire on behalf of a business.
Business Mobile Desk is not a mobile carrier, O2 customer services or an official O2 representative. We are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by O2. References to O2 identify the network relevant to an enquiry; its trademarks remain the property of their owners.
2. What we can help with
Our assistance may include discussing business mobile requirements, explaining questions to ask about new lines and handsets, helping you understand a promotion, preparing an application enquiry and guiding you towards the appropriate provider support channel. Any additional service and its scope must be confirmed separately before you proceed.
We cannot access or control your provider account, change bills, issue provider refunds, approve credit applications or guarantee that an issue will be resolved. For lost or stolen devices, suspected fraud or urgent account security matters, use your provider’s official channels directly.
3. Enquiries are not orders
The website form prepares an email draft in your own email application. It does not submit an order, take payment or create a mobile contract. You must send that email to deliver your enquiry. Providing an enquiry does not oblige you to buy anything.
Before any paid service or purchase is agreed, the identity of the contracting business, service scope, complete price, applicable taxes and fees, payment arrangements and cancellation terms must be provided and accepted separately. These website terms do not replace those documents.
4. Handsets, prices and promotions
Handset stock, prices, coverage, eligibility, credit checks, minimum terms and promotions are controlled by the relevant supplier or provider and may change. An enquiry or discussion is not confirmation of availability or approval. Review the provider’s current offer and contract terms before accepting, including upfront and recurring charges, any price changes, allowances, roaming, minimum term and early termination charges.
We do not guarantee a particular tariff, saving, promotion, credit decision, delivery date, network performance or application outcome.
5. Charges, cancellations and refunds
Any separate assistance fee must be explained and expressly agreed before chargeable work begins. This website does not accept online payments. Calls to our 0844 number are chargeable; check applicable charges before calling or contact us by email instead.
Cancellation, returns and refunds for a mobile service or handset depend on the agreement with the actual seller or provider and applicable law. If you agree a separate service with us, its cancellation and refund arrangements must be supplied before you commit. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information and ensure you have permission to act for the business concerned. Do not send passwords, one-time verification codes, full payment card details or identity documents through this form or ordinary email. Do not misuse the website, submit unlawful content or attempt unauthorised access.
7. Website information and third parties
Website information is general guidance. We aim to keep it clear and accurate, but it may not cover your circumstances and should be checked with the relevant provider before you act. Third-party websites, networks and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Website availability may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.
8. Responsibility and your rights
We are responsible for our own service as required by applicable law. We do not accept responsibility for decisions or performance controlled solely by independent providers. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Complaints and contact
For a complaint about our assistance, email sales@o2businessguide.com with a description and relevant correspondence. For a provider billing, contract or network complaint, contact that provider through its official complaints process. We can offer guidance but do not replace that process.
10. Privacy and changes
Read our Privacy Policy for how enquiry information is handled. We may update these website terms by publishing a revised version and date. Changes do not retrospectively alter a separately agreed contract or remove applicable legal rights.
